We offer free delivery for purchases over €150.
If the order does not reach this amount, fees are displayed according to the chosen delivery method.
We offer two types of delivery:
- Delivery to a pickup point: You choose an official Colissimo pickup point on the payment page, then you will be notified to collect your package at the point once delivered.
- Home delivery signed: The courier delivers your order directly to the address of your choice, someone must be present to receive the order and sign a confirmation of receipt.
Once your order is confirmed, our team takes 24-48h to prepare your order.
Colissimo picks up parcels from the workshop every day and delivers within 24-48h throughout England and Belgium.
We prepare orders from Monday to Friday.
The address indicated on our site is used only for product returns to customer service and we do not have stock at that address. Orders are shipped directly from our warehouses and it is not possible to pick up orders on site.
Exchanges and returns
You can request the modification or cancellation of an order by contacting our customer service through the "contact" tab
Have your 6-digit order number preceded by a hashtag ready, which you can find in the order confirmation email, then contact us via the "contact" tab or directly by email at contact@gelwatergun.com
You can request to exchange your order within a period of 14 calendar days after its receipt. To do so, we invite you to contact us by email, ensuring that you comply with the return and exchange conditions.
We will proceed with the exchange of your order provided that the product has not been used, that it is returned in its original packaging and with all its accessories. The seal must not be removed.
Once the return is received and processed, our customer service will send you by email a credit note equal to the initial order value (excluding shipping costs), to be used within 12 months after its receipt.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

General questions
The Hop-up is a device installed between the inner barrel and the gearbox of an Airsoft pistol to create a "backspin" effect on the BBs when they are fired from the barrel in order to provide counter-gravity / greater range.
Spring replicas are manually powered where you fire each BB by pulling the bolt to the locked position (like most sniper rifles).
Gas airsoft pistols are powered by a CO2 cartridge, a propane adapter, or green gas. They are generally found in pistol (backup) form when a full-size gearbox cannot fit inside the weapon's frame.
